A wise man told me "all your problems will be solved one day. But when that day comes you will be dead." Then he laughed ecstatically. If you are angry with the rest, he is absolutely right. In my younger years I was the biggest of all time claimed to be the problem solver. Yes, I was a tad bit arrogant. Then one day I solve problems because every time I showed up for each other to take its place seemed tired of solution. So I sacrifice all the problems. This ended up claiming the greatest of all time I was worse than being the problem solver. Luckily I found solutions to problems of a fool proof way. Today I take a different approach and embrace our problems. I raise my hand on my head, look at the sky and said "Thank you for this problem, I know I'm going to learn something very valuable." To know the secret is to embrace the problems. How do I know which embrace and which ones do not? Good question. It's really easy ... , Ask yourself "I need to solve a real problem or something I made just so busy and I can claim I am a problem solver?" Remember to target your problems, which only occurs when you are dying all the solution. The goal of solving problems just for the sake stop creating problems.
In my previous job I do I do that to people, how I run my business, and monitor their employees know nothing about the hundreds of meetings with sat. Yet almost every meeting, some people have problems I told my superiors felt grateful I should be able to solve them. I was doing because they do they usually made a problem as they can offer a solution had not a clue. This is usually 10 years ago, repeatedly patting itself on his own back and my superiors saying how well they did not do anything else in life followed by the individual. I had a conversation went as follows: Person A: ". We really do not have to be careful that the problem needs a" person B: "Do we have a lot of problem a walk?" Me: "No, I have seen or heard of no problems in the past 2 years." Person ". ___________, Problem 10 years ago when I worked on, we had a great hire for a special person just knew the person I care about the problem it is important that we had to do something a! "
Eureka! Solving problems for a self-made problem. It is really strange if you think about it. It was not being effective and efficient, it's about how other people are saying they were valuable. I quote I am reminded of the classic book "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. "Tell the world you're going to do, but first to show them." These meetings helped me like it was the time a person who was on hand to take a closer look. 1: I always looked after. A person is always busy. 2. They are always running from meeting to meeting 3. They always talk about problems they are 4. They rarely progress on projects that improve their overall effectiveness and efficiency are made. Facts are facts dude. If you've got problems and I sincerely hope that you do. I, I need to solve a real problem or something I made just so busy and I could claim more time in your day you make the wise thing and you can be sure unimportant busy solving problems not have to ask yourself are "a 'problem solver Me?"
